Hi everyone! I’m so sad that this die is going to be retired on May 31st! This was one of the cards my gals made at our last workshop.
With spring here and flowers blooming, I felt like this was the perfect time to make this card – and of course give it to someone so they can plant the packet of flowers that comes with it! To make this card, I just cut the basket out with my big shot and cut it directly in half. I scored the bottom so that it would create a pocket. Then I cut the scalloped edge out of the blackberry bliss cardstock and scored the edges so it would align with base and be 3D when adhered to the card front. I decorated the front of the berry basket with a stamp from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set (one of my favs!), then adhered a few flowers punched out of watermelon wonder and blackberry bliss with the petite petals and the flower from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack (another retiring one that I am going to miss!). I wrapped the seed packet with a tea lace doily and some linen thread. The sentiment is stamped on a cute little picket from the Handpicked framelits to finish it off. I think it turned out so cute and doubles as a little gift for the receiver!
Thanks for visiting today!
Hello everyone! Yesterday I held my semi-monthly workshop and wanted to share with you the gift I made for my hostess using Stampin’ Up’s Berry Basket die. This die is one that is on the retiring list, so if you love it, you should purchase it ASAP since the items on the retiring list are as supplies last!
Well, unfortunately it is time to say goodbye to some products in the current catalog in order to make room for NEW items in the NEW 2016/2017 Catalog that will be released on June 1, 2016. I highly suggest ordering anything you may want on this list ASAP because these are all on a “while supplies last” basis. You can order through my store here.
HERE is the list of discontinued items. If I recall correctly, Stampin’ Up! will continuously update the list to reflect items that have sold out.
